The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 21 and Oct. 25.

A home in San Remo Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Bart and Karin Leereveld, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1447 Tangier Way to Richard and Melissa Hall, of Sarasota, for $3,725,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,040 square feet of living area.

One Hundred Central
Patrick and Linda O’Brien, of Sarasota, sold their Unit G1013 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Thomas and Cheryl Walker, of Sarasota, for $887,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,691 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $844,600 in 2008.

The Enclave at Eagles Point
William Zinn, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 5455 condominium at 5455 Eagles Point Circle to Edward and Kathleen Levins, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,900 in 1999.

Kentwood Estates
Geoffrey Proffitt, Laurence Proffitt, Marjorie Herbert and Deborah Proffitt sold their home at 4113 Camino Real to Leo Millstein and Linda Finkelman, of Sarasota, for $455,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,970 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1995.

Richard and Debra Booth, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1769 Pine Harrier Circle to Ramsey Frangie, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $669,900 in 2005.

James and Julie McLaughlin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6319 Hollywood Blvd. to Jennifer Weil, of Traverse City, Mich., for $365,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,000 in 2002.

Joseph and Susan Perdew, of Hennepin, Minn., sold their Unit 1624-404 condominium at 1624 Stickney Point Road to Austin Grippo, of Sarasota, for $364,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,432 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $418,000 in 2004.

Frederic Goeddel, of Jacksonville, and Susan Brooks, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 1300 N. Portofino Drive to Peter and Carole Benequista, of Tubac, Ariz., for $270,000. Morton and Dorothy Polsky sold their home at 5524 Avellino Place to William Doherty, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $234,900 in 2004.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 6401 condominium at 6100 Jessie Harbor Drive to Harold and Jeralyn Shelden, of Osprey, for $438,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,630 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $438,000 in July.

Brenden and Patricia Curcio sold their home at 366 Michelangelo Drive to Kevin Cox, of Venice, for $290,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2002.

Mark Smith and Eric Rice-Smith, of Nokomis, sold their home at 2471 Sonoma Drive to James and Karen Shireman, of Hellertown, Pa., for $335,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2002.

John and Karen White, of Venice, sold their home at 206 Cavallini Drive to Kimberly Trimble, of Trumbull, Conn., for $275,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,279 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $178,000 in 1999.

Gerald Fennell sold his home at 1280 Mustang St. to Paul Pizarro, of Nokomis, for $265,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $123,000 in 1993.
