+ Gault wins award for service
Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key member and past president Bob Gault was presented the Walter Zeller Fellowship award for his service to the community at his club’s Oct. 31 weekly breakfast meeting. The Zeller award, which comes with a lapel pin and medallion, is one of Kiwanis’ top two awards. Gault was eligible for the award by donating at least $1,250 to the Kiwanis International Foundation, which helps to prevent infants from dying from maternal and neonatal tetanus.

“Bob has clearly elevated our club to a much higher level of service to children through events like the upcoming Gourmet Lawn Party and Valentine’s Day dance, and has been immeasurable in raising the brand awareness of Kiwanis,” said Kiwanis Club of Longboat Key Secretary and Lt. Gov. John Wild.
