A home in Waterlefe tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stanley and Ruth Brown, of Bradenton, sold their home at 11007 Big Bass Place to Sabrina Ross, of Bradenton, for $785,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,727 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,110,700 in 2004.

Rye Wilderness
Llomell and Kristin Llorca sold their home at 16707 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Matthew and Sherri Effinger, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2007.

Robert and Jacquelyne Hunter sold their home at 15106 Sundial Place to Joel and Paula Chrostowski, of Evans City, Pa., for $541,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,622 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $772,500 in 2006.
