L'Ambiance condominium sells for $1,675,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 28 and Oct. 31.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.

James Hoffman, of Boulder, Colo., Jeffrey Hoffman, of Merion Station, Pa., Andrew Hoffman, of Manheim, Pa., and Daniel Hoffman, of Fredericksburg, Va., sold their Unit D-506 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Arnold and Bette Hoffman, of Longboat Key, for $1,675,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 1999. 

Longbeach Village
Suzanne Lauer, trustee, and Jerry Lauer, of North Canton, Ohio, sold the Unit 13 condominium at 7001 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John O’Connor and Emily Jung, of Longboat Key, for $455,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2002.
