Country Club Village home sells for $1.79 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 1 and Nov. 8.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven and Stacy Goodwin, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13604 Matanzas Place to Randall and Dawn Burcham, of Nokomis, for $1.79 million. Built in 2012, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,626 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Jason and Christy Green, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7310 Heritage Grand Place to Robert and Monica Thomas, of Lakewood Ranch, for $650,000. Built in 2010, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $562,700 in 2010.

Ronald and Susan Brown, of Bradenton, sold their home at 203 River Enclave Court to Timothy and Lena Rink, of Bradenton, for $251,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2007.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Susan Brown, trustee, sold the home at 7022 Dominion Lane to Robert and Polly Scanlon, of Lakewood Ranch, for $590,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2007.

Debra Erickson, trustee, and Gregory Erickson, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7278 Lismore Court to Anthony and Cassie Watson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $370,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,148 square feet of living area.

Byron Barton, of Bradenton, sold his home at 7411 Wexford Court to Carlo Guido and Amelia Canarino-Guido, of Ontario, Canada, for $290,000. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet of living area.

Kati Ramage and James Ramage, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 15508 Leven Links Place to Jason Keshish and Janelle Damrau, of Parrish, for $560,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,200 in 2011.

Mill Creek
Eric and Judith Keller sold their home at 1807 154th St. E. to Andrew and Linda Glassman, of Pembroke Pines, for $510,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,453 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2006.

Frederick Jamar, of Longboat Key, and Rebecca Lessinger, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14507 17th Ave. E. to David and Marylou Beckmann, of Marshalltown, Iowa, for $418,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $403,500 in 2008.
