John Ringling Estates home sells for $3,325,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 1 and Nov. 8.

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Lisa Morris, of Sarasota, sold their home at 361 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Joseph and Barbara Cincotta, of Dover, Mass., for $3,325,000. Built in 1997, it has six bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.15 million in 2006.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
OneWest Bank FSB sold the Unit B402 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Charles and Rosemary Zaepfel, of Webster, N.Y., for $1.18 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,447,900 in June.

Country Club Shores
John and Maureen Hollingsworth, of Sarasota, sold their home at 571 Wedge Lane to Leonard DiStefano, of Catskill, N.Y., for $1 million. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1989.

Beachplace
Big East Properties Inc. sold the Unit 404 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Karen and Eric Avezzano, of Montvale, N.J., for $800,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2003.

Emerald Harbor
Barry and Philomena Coughlan, of Cork, Ireland, sold their home at 781 Binnacle Point Drive to Preston and Merrillanne Speers, of Longboat Key, for $770,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1998.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Arthur Cohen and Mary Jo Hixon, of Bradenton, sold their home at 660 Penfield St. to David and Carol Hendrix, of Brandon, for $665,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $236,000 in 1994.

Promenade
Cornelis and Gerritje Kok, of the Netherlands, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Szilard Kiss and Zsofia Stadler, of New York, for $530,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 1992.

Longbeach
Robert and Kimberly Hazelton, of Lake Mary, sold their home at 611 Hibiscus Way to Elizabeth Browna, of Longboat Key, for $465,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $377,000 in 2002.

Susan Slocum and Eric Jensen sold their home at 661 Linley St. to John and Cheryl Moody, of Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 830 square feet of living area.

The Shore
Paul and Diana Kuell sold their Unit 109 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brett Hellman and Meredith Hellman, trustees, of Mequon, Wis., for $435,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,000 in 1999.

Seaplace
Elizabeth Halpin, trustee, of Naperville, Ill., sold the Unit M2-201-A condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ivy Hill Real Estate LLC for $300,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,000 in 1978.

Longboat Harbour
Paul Giusti, trustee, of Pittsburgh, sold the Unit 108 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Michael and Robin Mazzone, of Park City, Utah, for $240,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1986.

Robert Wagner, of Miami Beach, sold his Unit 102 condominium at 4350 Chatham Drive to George and Joann Holtzer, of Highland Mills, N.Y., for $225,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $128,000 in 1998.

Casa del Mar
Jerome Dixon, of Wilmette, Ill., sold his Unit 21 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Katherine and Scott Fricke, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $215,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $68,000 in 1979.

L’Elegance on Lido
Carla and Anthony Scotto, of Osprey, sold their Unit PH-A-05 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ralph Jordan, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1998.

Key Towers South
Moos Real Estate Development Corp. sold the Unit 9-A condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Susan Warnock, of Farmington, Mich., for $570,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 1998.

Lido Towers
Paul and M. Camille Tazar sold their Unit 706 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Emilio Occidentale, of Dumont, N.J., for $395,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,500 in 2004.

BIRD KEY
David and Mary Dabney, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 445 Pheasant Way to Henrietta Firmin, trustee, of Lewis, United Kingdom, for $775,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1998.
