+ ‘Tubs’ of fun
Forty-five children from McNeal Elementary took turns riding in a Hummer limo and practicing their putting skills Nov. 7, at The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, on Lakewood Ranch Main Street.

Participating students each sold at least 25 tubs of cookie dough ($400 worth) during the school’s recent cookie-dough fundraiser. Their day of a limo ride, mini golf and pizza served as a reward.

“Our goal was to sell 1,600 tubs; we sold 3,150 tubs,” PTO President Carrie Schwarzbauer said. “The school made $22,000.”
