Obituary: Patricia 'Pat' Redmond

Patricia “Pat” Redmond, 85, of Longboat Key, died Nov. 19.

Born Sept. 8, 1928, she is remembered as the epitome of grace and dignity, for her sense of humor and fun and as the life of the party.

Mrs. Redmond was preceded in death by her husband, Terry. She is survived by her children, Terry Redmond, Tricia Haley, Maureen Schwartz and David Redmond; and nine grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Catholic Church, 4280 Gulf of Mexico Drive.
