The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 11 and Nov. 15.

A home in South Creek tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jesse and Nancie Ehrlich, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1780 Island Way to Matthew and Katrina Otchet, of Osprey, for $850,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,361 square feet of living area.

Hartsdale
Bonita Schiavone, of Kentish Cove, Texas, sold the home at 1828 Boyce St. to SP1 Inc. for $600,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,341 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $849,000 in 2003.

Granada
Robert Frimmel, of Sarasota, sold his home at 3527 Palonia Court to Sally Kastes, of Sarasota, for $492,500. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,939 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,500 in 2009.

E. Diane Hewitt, of Sarasota, and Alice Endy, of St. Louis, sold their home at 1715 Fortuna St. to Lauren O’Neil and James and Stacie O’Neil, of Nokomis, for $216,400. Built in 1925, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,523 square feet of living area.
