Warwick Gardens home sells for $1,075,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20.

William and Irene Wood, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7923 Warwick Gardens Lane to Bohdan and Constance Bulawka, of University Park, for $1,075,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,690 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
John Noble, of Sarasota, Linda Noble, of Lakewood Ranch, Lisa Noble, of Virginia Beach, Va., sold their home at 6910 Dominion Lane to William and Anita Pope, of Lakewood Ranch, for $670,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,332 square feet of living area.

Watercrest
Michael and Judith Magel sold their Unit 302 condominium at 6370 Watercrest Way to Perry Cone and Karen Janson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $499,700. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2007.

River Club South
Cheryl Kail, of Sarasota, sold her home at 7544 Harrington Lane to John and Patricia Ruggero, of Bradenton, for $480,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,868 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2012.

Jerry and Lillian Powers, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 3715 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Joy Shames, of Bradenton, for $386,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,000 in 2001.

Robert Combs and Carla Claypool-Combs, of Bradenton, sold their home at 118 Peony Court to Claes and Elise Seth, of Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,500 in 2010.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Robert and Susan Cox sold their home at 23211 Night Heron Way to Alan and Deana Post, of Kaiserslautern, Germany, for $338,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,319 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,500 in 2010.
