Home in Lake Club sells for $900,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 23 and Sept. 27.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Marcia Scott, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 15815 Clearlake Ave. to Ronald Carabbia, of Bradenton, for $900,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,347 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2012.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Phillip Falso, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 7974 Royal Birkdale Circle to Lewis Lefer and Beth Cooper, of Lakewood Ranch, for $737,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,521 square feet of living area.

Alfred and Karin Martini, of Tampa, sold their home at 7115 Beechmont Terrace to Anthony and Barbara Baldessari, of Lakewood Ranch, for $715,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,131 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Patricia Horne, of Holmes Beach, sold her home at 8006 Panther Ridge Trail to Carl Verble, of Bradenton, for $512,500. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,412 square feet of living area.

Eleanor Iacobelli, of Bradenton, sold her home at 13320 Purple Finch Circle to Bruce and Patricia Kaufmann, of Lakewood Ranch, for $430,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,559 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2012.

Ryan and Ashley McIntyre, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14246 Cattle Egret Place to David and Wendy Cama, of Bradenton, for $279,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2007.

The Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home at 9022 63rd Ave. E. to William and Janine Strickler, of Bradenton, for $376,800. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2006.

Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 4723 Tilden Park Court to Scott and Dominique Jarrett, of Eaton, Md., for $355,400. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,468 square feet of living area.

Daniel and Beth McCloy, of Downington, Pa., sold their home at 4918 Newport News Circle to Lawrence and Valerie Osmond, of Ontario, Canada, for $228,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths 1,487 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in February.

Todd and Natalie Haught sold their home at 13704 18th Place E. to Venise Duchesne and Melanie Shaw, of Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $476,000 in 2005.
