The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 23 and Sept. 27.

A condominium in The Water Club II at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Brad Cobb, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 605 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Primrose LLC for $1.53 million. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,342,500 in 2004.

 

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
Harris Properties of Sarasota Inc. sold the Unit B-302 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Thomas and Laura Sweet, of Lutz, for $1,152,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2000.

Islander Club of Longboat
Millicent Finkel, of Sarasota, sold her Units 85S and 86S condominiums at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Marilyn Horner, of Pittsburgh, for $760,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2003.

Country Club Shores
SRC Industries Inc. sold the home at 537 Sloop Lane to Gordon and Jennifer Cooper, of Longboat Key, for $700,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,300 in 1990.

Sleepy Lagoon
Ronald Johnson, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 6485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Brown, of Longboat Key, for $680,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,548 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1994.

Beachplace
Marion Bobrowski, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 601 condominium at 1065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christopher Iacobelli and John Iacobelli, of Bradenton, for $510,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 1982.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Marie-Luise Marx, trustee, of New Albany, Ohio, sold the Unit 905 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Joanne Mavroides, of Westford, Mass., for $490,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2000.

Fairway Bay
Gerald and Margot Robinson, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 1401 condominium at 1928 Harbourside Drive to Maria DiPede, of Ontario, Canada, for $408,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2002.

Longbeach Revised
Dawn di Lorenzo, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 600 Linley St. to Brenton Cloud and Pallas Knight, of Longboat Key, for $340,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2000.

Sutton Place
George Cosbar, life estate interest, Kelly Seanor and Laura Beck, of Fairfield, Conn., sold the Unit A201 condominium at 605 Sutton Place to Vladimir and Mary Cecka, of Camp Hill, Pa., for $270,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,148 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $116,000 in 1991.

John Ringling Estates

Thomas and Pamela McMullan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 236 N. Blvd. of the Presidents to Gerald and Krisztina Gilmartin, of Paxton, Mass., for $625,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,754 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $443,000 in 2002.

BIRD KEY
Suzy Frater, of Providence, R.I., sold her home at 105 Seagull Lane to Edward Brodzinski, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,000 in 1999.

LIDO KEY
Key Towers South

Debra Bowe, of Eau Claire, Wis., sold her Unit 10-C condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Gideon Jewel, of Kenilworth, United Kingdom, for $570,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1991.
