Country Club Village home sells for $1,775,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 30 and Oct. 4.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Lynn LaFrance, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13207 Palmers Creek Terrace to Michael and Sandra Humenik, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,775,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,795,000 in 2006.

Richmond Park
Clayton and Carol Prowls, of University Park, sold their home at 8104 Collingwood Court to Mark Miller and Linda Zuffa, of University Park, for $850,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,679 square feet of living area.

Patricia Wallington, of Wildwood Crest, N.J., sold her home at 8156 Collingwood Court to Douglas and Susan Neumann, of Brookfield, Conn., for $725,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,526 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Dennis and Lindy Feneide, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 12604 Deacons Place to Gary and Diane Pluchino, of Lakewood Ranch, for $832,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,855 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2011.

Larry and Susan Wade, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13412 Montclair Place to Stephen and Joan Shuster, of Lakewood Ranch, for $730,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $644,000 in 2009.

Timothy and Kim Lester sold their home at 7018 Kingsmill Court to Frederick Wicks, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $627,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,678 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Stephen and Lorraine Eames, of West Sussex, England, sold their home at 11014 Big Bass Place to Christine Shirley, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,166 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $672,400 in 2004.
Norman Brown, trustee, and Phyllis Brown, of Winneconne, Wis., sold the home at 10811 Winding Stream Way to Barry and Ann Hall, of Bradenton, for $613,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $642,000 in 2004.

Marshall’s Landing
Braden River Investments LLC sold the home at 5422 56th Court E. to David and Terry Bieker, of Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,914 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Peter and Kristina Engelsberg sold their home at 8015 Snowy Egret Place to Ryan and Jennifer Danahy, of Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,566 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2004.

Broadmoor Pines
Scott Brann, of Sarasota, sold his home at 7917 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to James and Valerie Introne, of Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,869 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $373,500 in 2010.

Kenwood Park
Craig and Deborah Roser, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8135 Abingdon Court to Anastasia Farquhar, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $479,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2009.

Pomello Park
Deborah Laudicino, of Colts Neck, N.J., sold her home at 19005 69th Ave. E. to Tommaso Pusateri, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,156,300 in 2006.

St. James Park
Robert and Bonnie Fischler, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6617 St. James Crossing to Lorraine Buck, of University Park, for $450,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2010.

Riverwalk Village
David and Jeanne Smith sold their home at 7607 Broomsedge Court to Suzanne Hamilton, of Lakewood Ranch, for $415,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,792 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $314,900 in 2000.

Hampton Green
Anthony and Emily Collins, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7936 Hampton Court to Theodore and Ethna Wishnie, of University Park, for $409,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2009.

River Club South
Joseph and Jean Wise, of Frederick, Md., sold their home at 9977 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Brian and Patricia Ault, of Bradenton, for $405,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,631 square feet of living area.

Country Meadows
Stanley and Susan Widziunas, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14709 Fourth Drive N.E. to Richard and Patricia Saddlemire, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,996 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2006.

Heritage Harbour
Anthony Shelby, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 8614 River Preserve Drive to G. Ronald and June Hertenstein, of Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,402 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2012.
Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch

Miramar at Lakewood Ranch LLC sold the Unit 46 condominium at 8254 Miramar Way to Fineo Investments LLC for $359,500. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,262 square feet of living area.

Alan and Mary Wolfson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 1 condominium at 8464 Miramar Way to Roderic Woodson, of Washington, D.C., for $330,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2011.
