Sleepy Lagoon home sells for $3.25 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 30 and Oct. 4.

A home in Longboat Key Gulfside tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeremy and Myrna Whatmough, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6171 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brett Enright, of Longboat Key, for $3.25 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 5,015 square feet of living area.

The Beach of Longboat Key
Sherry King sold her Unit 403 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Wade and Ann Harrison, of Attica, Ind., for $1.36 million. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.19 million in 2008.

Grand Bay
William and Elvira Williams, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 241 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Mary Mekhjian, trustee, of Columbus, Ohio, for $1,075,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,525,000 in 2005.

Country Club Shores
David and Terry Bieker, of Bradenton, sold their home at 561 Chipping Lane to Jeff and Laurie Birnbach, of Sarasota, for $785,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,237 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2004.

Cynthia Borbas, of Clifton, N.J., sold her home at 500 Outrigger Lane to Dorothea Bilder, of DeKalb, Ill., for $495,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,795 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,000 in 1990.

The Castillian
LBK Castillian LLC sold the Unit 301 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rebecca Remick for $699,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2010.

Tiffany Place
Dale and Karen Cini, of Holmes Beach, sold their Unit 107 condominium at 7000 Gulf Drive to Donald and Rita Weiss, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $500,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,259 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2007.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Conrad Wilcoxson, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 93 condominium at 847 Spanish Drive S. to John Corsini, trustee, of Holland, Ohio, for $367,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,500 in 1994.

Windward Bay
Nancy Martino, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit 206 condominium at 4800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew Locke, Pina Martino and Aurora Martino, of Ontario, Canada, for $345,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2003.

Alvin and Phyllis Lemack sold their Unit 303 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Theresa Nardi, of Huntington, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2002.

Charles and Linda Bertine, of Homosassa Springs, sold their Unit 9-V-32-C condominium at 4810 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel Williams, of Longboat Key, for $221,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,422 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1993.

Sutton Place
Fannie Mae sold the Unit T-2 condominium at 556 Sutton Place to David and Robyn Quattrone, of McLean, Va., for $235,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1993.

LIDO KEY
The Beach Residences
302 Lido Beach Property LLC sold the Unit 302 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert and Elaine Lebuhn, of Snowmass Village, Colo., for $1.2 million. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 2,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2005.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Fred and Sandra Peterson, of Sturgeon Bay, Wis., sold their Unit A-202 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Laurel Florida Inc. for $955,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,980 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2005.

St. Armands Towers
Thomas Gallagher and Mark Brill, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 33 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Olof Franzon and Christina Seguin, of Plattsburgh, N.Y., for $426,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2005.

Key Towers South
Victor Goodman, trustee, of Irvington, N.Y., sold the Unit 3-I condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Hedwig Devenyi, trustee, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 862 square feet of living area.
