Country Club Village home sells for $900,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 7 and Oct. 11.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Debra Condrack, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7315 Desert Ridge Glen to Robert Piccirilli and Martina Riley, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $900,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2006.

River Club South
James and Beverly Giesler, of Madeira Beach, sold their home at 10163 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to TiTi McNeill, of Bradenton, for $640,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Gregory and Diane Brune, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7011 Vilamoura Place to James Pool and Kathryn Pool, of Bradenton, trustees, for $586,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2004.

Donald Hohman, of Evanston, Ill., and Suzanne Hohman, of Marietta, Ga., trustees, sold the home at 7174 Sandhills Place to Patricia Fogertey, trustee, of Bradenton, for $368,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,215 square feet of living area.

Henning Jacobsen, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 7806 Troon Court to John and A. Karen Harrington, of Bradenton, for $305,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2004.

Woodborne Terrace
Warren and Lucille Hense sold their home at 10117 Woodborne Place to Joseph and Rita Klimas, of Bradenton, for $570,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,544 square feet of living area.

Kenwood Park
John Shaver, of Fort Wayne, Ind., sold his home at 8323 Abingdon Court to Constance Shaver, of University Park, for $462,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,646 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2008.

Edgewater Village
Robert and Mary Longchamps sold their home at 8439 Sailing Loop to Ronald and Deborah Widman, of Lakewood Ranch, for $410,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,622 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,400 in 2002.
Greenbrook Village

Robert Hofmann and Michaela McCoy, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13906 Wood Duck Circle to Ronald and Susan Altman, of Lakewood Ranch, for $400,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,410 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $364,900 in February.
Karl and Brenda Roth sold their home at 14171 Cattle Egret Place to Roger Schwartz, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $216,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2009.

Lothar Zuenskes and Camille Zuenskes, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4523 Shark Drive to Bruce Talboys, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2003.
Paul and Madilyn Eckel sold their home at 151 Americas Cup Blvd. to Charles and Debra Canada, of Cooper City, for $345,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,267 square feet of living area.

John and Barbara Kraushaar, of Rochester, N.Y., sold their home at 7140 Victoria Circle to Roy and Heather Wilson, of University Park, for $365,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,403 square feet of living area.

WCI Communities LLC sold the home at 929 Mangrove Edge Court to Francisco and Cynthia Del Valle, of Bradenton, for $347,900. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,386 square feet of living area.

Edward and Maria Scholes, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold their home at 6229 45th Lane E. to Michael and Bianca Kulba, of Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,372 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,200 in 2010.

Ravinder and Prabha Dhaliwal, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 4506 62nd Terrace E. to George and Betty Bailey, of Riverview, for $334,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,300 in 2009.

Christopher Horlacher, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 12026 Winding Woods Way to IH3 Property Florida LP for $217,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,900 in January.

Silverlake
James and Margo Michaels, of Garden City, Mich., sold their home at 5919 53rd Lane E. to Vu Hoang and Thu Hoang, of Bradenton, for $215,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2010.

Golf Pointe at Palm-Aire Country Club
Paige McMichael, trustee, sold the Unit V-195 condominium at 7254 Golf Pointe Way to Laverne and Ann Grooms, of Sarasota, for $209,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2012.

Arend and Kelly Warnock, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4821 11th Ave. Circle E. to Nina Roar, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,099 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,900 in 1994.
