For Casa del Mar Beach Resort General Manager Mark Meador, another birthday was like a breath of fresh air.

That’s because staff celebrated his birthday with a cake that featured a picture of Meador scuba diving — his favorite hobby when he’s not living and breathing all things Casa del Mar.
