Home in Stillwater on the Bay sells for $2.15 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 7 and Oct. 11.

A home in Stillwater on the Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. SunTrust Bank sold the home at 1640 Bay Harbor Lane to Balazs Szabo, of Sarasota, for $2.15 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.1 million in 2004.

SARASOTA
Shoreland Woods
Thomas and Carilyn Richardson, of Temecula, Calif., sold their home at 1760 Spring Creek Drive to Virginia Rogers, of Sarasota, for $1,193,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,000 in 2009.

Aqualine Estates
William and Diane North, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1700 Shelburne Lane to Terry Green, of Sarasota, for $815,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,495 square feet of living area.

Prasan O’Connor sold her home at 1562 Landings Terrace to Jane Donovan and James Donovan, trustees, of Chicago, for $635,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1994.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1011 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Catherine Cheton, of Sarasota, for $545,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath, one half-bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,300 in 2010.
