Regents Park home sells for $640,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 14 and Oct.18.

A home in Regents Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Phyllis Roth sold her home at 8211 Regents Court to David Sanders and Gayle Sanders, trustees, of University Park, for $640,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $526,000 in 2002.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Raymond and Lesley Miley, of Bay Village, Ohio, sold their home at 10612 Winding Stream Way to Matthew and Jennifer Armistead, of Bradenton, for $542,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,800 in 2001.

Lennox Gardens
Robert and Carol Fitzgibbons, trustees, of Sapphire, N.C., sold their home at 6947 Lennox Place to Glenn and Evelyn Cooper, of University Park, for $498,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,239 square feet of living area.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 11979 Forest Park Circle to John and Sarah Dahlsten, of Bradenton, for $476,400. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,271 square feet of living area.

Tidewater Preserve
WCI Communities LLC sold the home at 1234 Tidewater Court to Thomas and Noel Morton, of Bradenton, for $439,200. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,034 square feet of living area.
WCI Communities LLC sold the home at 1002 Lanyard Court to Stephen and Terri Evans, of Bradenton, for $360,700. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,463 square feet of living area.

Pauline Smith, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7804 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to John and Rita Costello, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1987.

Charleston Pointe
Joseph Estenes III, of Sarasota, sold his home at 8020 Spring Marsh Drive to Yvon Parent and Isabelle Venne, of Corbin, Ky., for $370,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2005.

Pomello Park
Mark and Jillaine Bandstra, of Bradenton, sold their home at 24504 75th Ave. E. to Emilia Martinez, of Myakka City, for $355,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,604 square feet of living area.

Fairway Lakes at Palm-Aire Country Club
John and Rita Costello, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7550 Fairlinks Court to Pensco Trust Co. LLC, trustee, for $325,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,266 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2006.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Richard and Phyllis Donnelly, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6721 Carlyle Lane to Gregory Smith and Jack VanCoevering, trustees, of Sarasota, for $312,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,897 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,000 in 2011.

Misty Oaks
Elena Olivieri, of Algonquin, Ill., sold the home at 8113 Misty Oaks Blvd. to Terry and Virginia Fine, of Sarasota, for $310,400. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,347 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2001.

Paul and Judith Heindel, trustees, sold the home at 124 Winding River Trail to Dieter and Jacqueline Portmann, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 2007.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
Robert and Janice Gehle, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5630 Country Lakes Drive to Francis and Shirley Perdisatt, of Hingham, Mass., for $300,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,200 in 1988.

Cypress Creek Estates
Rashid and Ahlam Faqqouseh, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6138 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Kimquy Kieu, of Bellevue, Wash., for $295,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2006.

Dana and Sue Sanborn, of Bradenton, sold their home at 2613 65th St. E. to Jacco and Hope Vervoort, of Bradenton, for $289,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1994.

William Myers, trustee, of Jefferson, La., sold the home at 11008 Water Lily Way to Norma Ballard, of Lakewood Ranch, for $280,200. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2004.

Lief and Patricia Nelson, of Topeka, Kan., sold their home at 8778 49th Terrace E. to Richard Beriault, of Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2008.

Lorita Bellino, trustee, of Canton, Mich., sold the home at 4881 Sabal Harbour Drive to Darlyn Pickle, of Bradenton, for $210,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,700 in 2002.
