Home in Siesta Isles sells for $1.1 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 14 and Oct. 18.

A home in Siesta Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas Fuller, trustee, of Geneva, Ill., sold the home at 5415 Azure Way to Robert Hinkle and Brenda Hinkle, trustees, of Purcellville, Va., for $1.1 million. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1995.

SARASOTA
Rivo at Ringling
David Cumming and George Krieger, of Asheville, N.C., sold their Unit 910 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to James Ellis and Elizabeth Pitchford, of Sarasota, for $657,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,895 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2008.
John Caloger, of Brewster, N.Y., sold his Unit 1205 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to David and Betty Luft, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2011.

Christine Caldwell, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2159 Sioux Drive to Matthew and Marina Parkin, of Sarasota, for $615,000. Built in 1925, it has four bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,656 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2002.

Melvin and Nancy Stumler, trustees, of Knobs, Ind., sold the Unit 1401 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Linda Goldstein and Ellen Fulchiero, of Sarasota, for $580,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $561,700 in 2007.

FV-I Inc., trustee, sold the home at 1780 Pine Harrier Circle to Deborah Knowles, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,942 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2001.

Monika Hager, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1907 Magnolia St. to Judy Turner and Cynthia Johnson, of Rehoboth Beach, Del., for $449,500. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2012.
