A home in Siesta Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas Fuller, trustee, of Geneva, Ill., sold the home at 5415 Azure Way to Robert Hinkle and Brenda Hinkle, trustees, of Purcellville, Va., for $1.1 million. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1995.

David Cumming and George Krieger, of Asheville, N.C., sold their Unit 910 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to James Ellis and Elizabeth Pitchford, of Sarasota, for $657,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,895 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2008.
John Caloger, of Brewster, N.Y., sold his Unit 1205 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to David and Betty Luft, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2011.
