Bird Key home sells for $2,023,400

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 19 and Aug. 23.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. R. Craig Adams Corp. sold the home at 631 Mourning Dove Drive to LGA Fudi Inc. for $2,023,400. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.8 million in 2004.

Queens Harbour
Maureen Savaiano, trustee, sold the home at 3625 Fair Oaks Place to Carole Reed Strong, of Longboat Key, for $925,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,841 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $554,000 in 1998.

Islands West
Sylvia Cohen, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 8-C condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to VVC Rentals LLC for $562,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Deborah Anderson, trustee, sold the Unit 603 condominium at 2201 Harbourside Drive to Alison Engel, of Dallas, for $565,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area.

Promenade
Joan Sinder sold her Unit 408 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Morton Potoff and Jeanne Guertin-Potoff, of Deep River, Conn., for $550,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 1997.

Grand Bay
Randal and Jill Marie Phillips, of Nokomis, sold their Unit 632 condominium to 3070 Grand Bay LLC for $530,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $719,000 in 2006.

Windward Bay
Robert and Vicki Havel, of Marion, Ind., and William and Cathy Bishop, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 301 condominium at 4900 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven Kaufman and Nalini Sharma, of Jamaica Plain, Mass., for $280,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2004.

Sutton Place
Margaret Marxhausen, trustee, of Avon, Ohio, sold the Unit A-204 condominium at 605 Sutton Place to Sheila Martin, of Longboat Key, for $269,300. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1995.

LIDO KEY
Lido Beach
Thomas McArdle and Glenn Burke, of Hazlet, N.J., sold their home at 168 Bryant Drive to Alexander Yushkevich and Sanya Zezulin, of Sarasota, for $1.86 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,657 square feet of living area.

The Presidential
James and Ruth Shields sold their Unit 309 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kelly Kearns, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one bath and 756 square feet of living area.
