Generous golfers give back

Booker Elementary kindergarten students received school uniforms thanks to the University Park Country Club Ladies Golf Association and the 9-Hole LGA. This is the second time the women have raised funds for school uniforms. Booker Principal Dawn Clayton received the check for $2,530 from Barbara Romig, LGS hospitality chairwoman, and Nancy Kopnisky, LGA president.
