Winding River home sells for $2,685,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 19 and Aug. 23.

A home in Winding River tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Larry and Lynda D’Urso, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14007 11th Terrace N.E. to Francis and Linda Wenthur, of Bradenton, for $2,685,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, four half-baths, a pool and 8,709 square feet of living area.

Lake Club
LB Lakewood Villas LLC sold the home at 7983 Matera Court to Song Min and Eun Sook Lee, of Orlando, for $1.15 million. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,652 square feet of living area.

Warwick Gardens
Richard Hilaire, trustee, sold the home at 8028 Warwick Gardens Lane to William and Joan O’Neill, of Cary, N.C., for $790,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2005.

Henley
Raymond and Mary Morton, of University Park, sold their home at 7011 Lancaster Court to SPE #33 LLC for $535,800. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,279 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 2005.

Nancy Raynor, of Bradenton, sold her home at 23410 Jennings Road to Charles and Marcia Rentz, of Myakka City, for $529,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,896 square feet of living area.
