Bay Isles home sells for $1,855,700

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 26 and Aug. 30.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Christine Chocallo, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 1660 Harbor Sound Drive to Noreen Ackerman, trustee, of Warren, R.I., for $1,855,700. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2008.

Longboat Key Bayfront
John and Cathy Vinson, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 5930 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Sandra Dale, of Longboat Key, for $955,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2004.

360 North
Clark and Glenda Barlow, of Tampa, sold their Unit 5 condominium at 280 North Shore Road to Robert Bunting and Mary Reynolds, of Longboat Key, for $750,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,834 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2000.

Fairway Bay
Charles Shepard and Lynn Shepard, trustees, of Sycamore, Ill., sold their Unit 304 condominium at 1906 Harbourside Drive to Matthew Burkmier, of Longboat Key, for $700,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2005.

Carole Strong, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 113 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Philip and Phyllis Lieberman, of North Caldwell, N.J., for $675,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,905 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2009.

Islands West
Robert Smith, trustee, of Houston, sold the Unit 3-E condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Melissa Schwartz, of Cincinnati, for $611,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,491 square feet of living area.

The Players Club
Joseph and Mary DiGirolamo, of Somerset, N.J., sold their Unit 303 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey and Claudia Shavelson, of East Meadow, N.Y., for $525,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,000 in 1989.

Seaplace
Mary Bimba, trustee, of Foster City, Calif., sold the Unit G5-207-A condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Christine Nusbaum, of Washington, D.C., for $300,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $77,500 in 1977.

Lido Surf and Sand
Stuart Strong, Sybil Pearson, Carolyn Tyson and Nancy Dunn, of Greenville, S.C., sold their Unit 816 condominium at 1104 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Roger and Brenda Dillman, of Middletown, Ohio, for $650,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1977.

Lido Regency
Stanley and Joan Reisman sold their Unit 6-C condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark Imperiale, of Lakewood Ranch, for $320,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1998.
