Country Club Village home sells for $1.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 19 and Aug. 23. 

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paul and Heidi Phillips, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6804 Belmont Court to Cedar Oak LLC for $1.3 million. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,068 square feet of living area. 

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Richard and Mary Jessup, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12505 Whitewater Place to Kenneth and Kimberly Hannigan, of Canonsburg, Pa., for $780,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,477 square feet of living area.

Carl and Barbara Francisco, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7605 Portstewart Drive to Paul and Margaret Jackson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,611 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2012.

Reginald and Rosalind Minors, of Southampton, Bermuda, sold their home at 6621 The Masters Ave. to Michael and Ellen Berson, of Galesville, Md., for $508,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7606 Silverwood Court to Harold and Rebecca Deering, of Bradenton, for $490,100. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,647 square feet of living area. 

Greenbrook Village
Scott and Doris Wiley, of Alpharetta, Ga., sold their home at 13422 Goldfinch Drive to Glen Leonardis and Audra Elizabeth, of Sarasota, for $595,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,788 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2006. 

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 6219 Macaw Glen to ColFin AI-FL 2 LLC for $272,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,388 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,300 in 2001.

Wesley and Yessenia Cook sold their home at 15383 Blue Fish Circle to Christopher and Yenny Benevento, of Lakewood Ranch, for $243,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2008.

Riverwalk Ridge
Anthony and Christine Papa, of Parrish, sold their home at 12410 Lobelia Terrace to Gregory and Kristie Campbell, of Noblesville, Ind., for $490,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,977 square feet of living area.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Donald Burch and Sally Burch, trustee, sold the home at 5209 88th St. E. to Peter and Mary Zabaga, of Bradenton, for $485,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,575 square feet of living area.

Dean and Sheryl DeNegri, of Park City, Utah, sold their home at 356 46th Court E. to Lisa Kustra, of Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,687 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2010.

Virginia Water
Sherry Cameron, of Ormond Beach, sold her home at 6730 Virginia Crossing to Glen and Beth Wolchock, of West Harrison, N.Y., for $433,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2009. 

Greyhawk Landing
John and Toni George, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 13136 Peregrin Circle to Ian and Amy Whittemore, of Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,994 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2007. 

Wayne Bloch, of Odessa, sold his home at 360 Snapdragon Loop to Patrick and Felicia Sesty, of Freehold, N.J., for $349,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,594 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,900 in 2011. 

The Moorings at Edgewater
Robert and Donna Renzetti sold their Unit 102 condominium at 6511 Moorings Point Circle to James and Margaret Finckenauer, of Bradenton, for $379,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2006. 

Mill Creek
James and Sara LaPlante, of St. Augustine Beach, sold their home at 13622 Second Ave. N.E. to H. David and Sheila Jones, of Bradenton, for $347,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,463 square feet of living area.

Cypress Creek Estates
Rosemary Bealle, trustee, of Austin, Texas, sold the home at 6147 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Joe and Christi Angelo, of Bradenton, for $315,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,739 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2005. 

Old Grove at Greenfield Plantation
James and Holly Dayton, of Lawrence, Pa., sold their home at 424 Country Lane to Martin Kane and Paula Perkins, of Longmeadow, Mass., for $295,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,381 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,900 in 2005. 

Lakeside Preserve
Regan Hise-Walker, of Parrish, sold her home at 11906 55th Court E. to Ronald and Anne Berridge, of Bradenton, for $294,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,209 square feet of living area.

Summerfield Village
Carol Clark, of Sarasota, sold her home at 12225 Clubhouse Drive to Susanne Dachs, of Lakewood Ranch, for $290,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 12311 Tall Pines Way to Ryan and Amie Brewer, of Bradenton, for $219,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1999. 

Lake Vista Residences
Huree LLC sold the Unit F-305 condominium at 7604 Lake Vista Court to Tadeusz and Maria Nowicki and Zofia Nowicki for $272,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. 

Carlyle at the Village of Palm-Aire
Ronald and Jennifer Boudrie, of Buford, Ga., sold their home at 5004 Creekside Trail to Angelo and Maria Labracio, of Sarasota, for $261,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,228 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,700 in 2001.

Riverwalk Village
Arthur and Joan Stockman, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7124 Switchgrass Trail to Francis and Jane Welsh, of Lakewood Ranch, for $260,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $74,500 in 2002. 

Chaparral
Vladimir and Emma Pekar, of Tampa, sold their home at 6027 Anvil Ave. to Robert and Carmina Fair, of Sarasota, for $254,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2001.

Desoto Lakes Country Club Colony
Harold and Kristine Endres sold their home at 7916 Estates Drive to Kenneth and Susan Smith, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2012.

Silverlake
Judd Starr, Susan Starr and Amy Cox, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4814 60th Drive E. to Elvin and Julieta Oyola, of Bradenton, for $244,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $414,000 in 2005.

Elwood Park
Michael and Raina Connelly, of McAlpin, sold their home at 2325 51st Blvd. E. to Sandra Gresham, of Bradenton, for $242,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,313 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,900 in 1995.

Arbor Lakes
Robert and Maria Edwards, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6960 Stetson St. Circle to Donald Russell, of Sarasota, for $240,100. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,500 in 1999.

Mario Malt, of Gryon, Switzerland, and Lucy Whitehead, of Cheltenham, United Kingdom, sold their home at 4535 Cabbage Key Terrace to Brian and Susan Hewett, of Sarasota, for $231,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2004.

Peridia Isle
Sandra Johns, trustee, sold the home at 4156 Caddie Drive E. to Mark Bannon, of Bradenton, for $227,900. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,000 in 2011.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
The C LLC sold the home at 239 Golden Harbour Trail to SRP Sub LLC for $227,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,000 in 2011.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 9103 Kingsbury Place to Christopher Landry and Erika Hernandez Amaya for $269,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,228 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,900 in 2006.

Sonoma
Jordan Satarawala sold his home at 8160 Villa Grande Court to Michael and Bronislava Krnacova, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,000 in 2012. 

River Place
Daniel Hohenstein and Arlene Baxter sold their home at 6819 74th St. Circle E. to Brenner Cavalcante, of Bradenton, for $219,900. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,740 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $213,500 in 2004.

Marineland
Denise Kleiner, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6538 Lincoln Road to Natural Capital Solutions LLC for $213,800. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 3,072 square feet of living area. 

Country Oaks
Juozas Vaitkus and Jolanta Vaitkuviene sold their home at 5021 82nd Way E. to John Scott and Lori Brown, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,500 in 2009.

Millbrook at Greenfield Planation
Patricia Barker, of Noblesville, Ind., sold her home at 1136 Cane Mill Lane to Thomas and Courtney Hagele, of Bradenton, for $205,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $169,000 in 2002.
