L'Ambiance condo sells for $1,725,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 2 and Sept. 6.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles and Dorothea Barker, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit K505 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Robert and Donna Seaman, of Atlanta, for $1,725,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2010.

L’Ambiance
Harris Properties of Sarasota Inc. sold the Unit B-302 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Thomas and Laura Sweet, of Lutz, for $1,152,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2000.

Fairway Bay
Janet Rogers, trustee, of Isle of Palm, S.C., sold the Unit 625 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to Gabriel and Bettina Rosica, of Solon, Ohio, for $1.06 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2006.

Norman and Judith Sommers, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold their Unit 543 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Lester Mangle and Pamela Mosser, of Longboat Key, for $700,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $294,000 in 1988.

Grand Bay
Helen Wentworth, trustee, and David Wentworth, of East Sandwich, Mass., sold the Unit 222 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Jack and Nancy Rozance, of Sacramento, Calif., for $799,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2002.

Country Club Shores
Claud Pounds, trustee, of Decatur, Ga., sold the home at 501 Spinnaker Lane to Jaymarsco Holdings LLC for $630,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2004.

Sea Twig
David Sutherland and Lesley Huber, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 5645 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Fred and Deanna Ferrell, of Sorrento, for $575,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,731 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1995.

Longboat Shores
Edward and H. Patricia Mock sold their home at 606 Buttonwood Drive to Martin Rometsch and Wilhelmine Wiese-Rometsch, of Canton, Mich., for $560,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,971 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.

Longboat Beach House
NLW Family LLC sold their Unit 201 condominium at 4311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roland Jackson, of Longboat Key, for $525,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2005.

Tiffany Plaza
F&E Farms Inc. sold the Unit 505 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Julie Hipp, of West Des Moines, Iowa, for $460,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area.

Seaplace
Barton and Marsha Hove sold their Unit G1-211D condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Glenn and Catherine Campbell, of Naperville, Ill., for $320,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 1996.

Sarienda Inc. sold the Unit G-4-202A condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George and Joan Heady, of Burr Ridge, Ill., for $310,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2009.

Betty Stas, of South Barrington, Ill., sold her Unit G6-106G condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Pariseau and Susan Pariseau, trustees, of $240,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $118,500 in 1994.

Charles and Brenda Pate, of Sandy Springs, Ga., sold their Unit G4-104C condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jay and Michelle Schlorf, of Maple Grove, Minn., for $232,300. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1996.

Richard and Roselane Marcella, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit TU-4 condominium at 540 Sutton Place to Enos and Ligia Perez, of Pinellas Park, for $262,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $104,000 in 1995.
