A home in Pomello Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nabil and Hana Hatoum, of Bradenton, sold their home at 21209 69th Ave. E. to Panther Group Management LLC for $699,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,313 square feet of living area.

Casey and Cheryl Flynn, of Sarasota, sold their home at 10076 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Patrick and Barbara Connolly, of Bradenton, for $600,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,797 square feet of living area.

Robert and Margaret Mylott sold their home at 7129 Dornough Lane to Daniel Jordan, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,175 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,000 in 1997.
