At 7 p.m. this Thursday, Sept. 26, comedian Michael Mack, known for parody songs and impressions, will take McCurdy’s stage, 3333 N. Tamiami Trail, for a night of "fun-draising."

The comedy show will help benefit the Patricia Snyder Children’s Fund at Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation, and will be hosted by Snyder’s sons, Dan and Rob Snyder. Patricia Snyder was head nurse of the hospital’s adolescent wing where she founded the Kids Under the Weather childcare program. Her sons created the foundation in her memory.

The nonprofit foundation helps pay for medical treatment and specialized equipment for children from low-income and uninsured families.

Tickets are $15. Call 650-3216 for more information.
