Country Club Village home sells for $1,275,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 9 and Sept. 13.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Wanda Brown Inc. sold the home at 7119 Teal Creek Glen to Wall and Karol Kent, of Roswell, Ga., for $1,275,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $925,000 in 2011.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Garry Simon and Jeffrey Simon, personal representatives, of Watchung, N.J., sold the home at 13408 Blythefield Terrace to Robert and Mary Reich, of Bradenton, for $960,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.36 million in 2004.

Suzanne Schirm, of Fort Worth, Texas, sold her home at 7407 Wexford Court to Edward and Mary Kline, of Plymouth, Minn., for $355,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,937 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,000 in 2012.

Pomello Park
Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold the home at 22810 64th Ave. E. to Daniel and Suzanne Oliver, of Bradenton, for $549,900. Built in 2007, it has six bedrooms, six baths and 5,488 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $501,100 in April.

Frank and Laura Damico, of Sarasota, sold their home at 22806 69th Ave. E. to Robert and Susan Mitchell, of Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,131 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Janet DeGirolamo sold her home at 9707 Royal Calcutta Place to Joseph and Theresa Flotteron, of Lakewood Ranch, for $497,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,807 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $396,800 in 2002.

Greyhawk Landing
Gina Genovesi, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 13106 Harriers Place to Kenneth Brooks, of Bradenton, for $489,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,838 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Carolyn Rummel, of Palmetto, sold the home at 22225 Panther Loop to Terry and Marla Skinner, of Bradenton, for $460,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2012.

Country Meadows
Mary Kosc sold her home at 619 Country Meadows Way to Mark and Carol Christobek, of Lewis Center, Ohio, for $455,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $608,400 in 2005.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Lee and Sheri Horger, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9903 Portside Terrace to Jason and Saundra Taylor, of Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2010.

Rosedale Highlands
Thane Htun, of Lakeland, sold the home at 9616 53rd Terrace E. to Mark Bolton and Jerry Bladdick, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $415,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,259 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2005.

Mandalay
Mark Lurz, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6219 45th Lane E. to Ronnie Goldstein and Angela Sanfilippo, of Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,000 in 2011.

Desoto Country Club Colony
William Richardson, Teresa Rossi and David Richardson, trustees, of Hamburg, N.Y., and Delmar, N.Y., sold the home at 5516 Inverness Drive to John and Julia Jakway, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,718 square feet of living area.

Country Meadows
NationStar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 14729 Second Ave. Circle N.E. to Donald Perry and Donna Perry, trustees, of Sarasota, for $344,400. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $479,900 in 2007.

Water Oak
Jeffrey and Sara Hirter, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6710 64th Terrace E. to Donald and Jennifer Riegels, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,343 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2004.

Greenbrook Village
Kevin Buckley and Kim Bridges-Buckley sold their home at 13823 Wood Duck Circle to Lee and Susan Levesque, of Southington, Conn., for $312,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,100 in 2004.

Anthony and Carol McKeown, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7420 Oak Run Lane to Peace of Mind Properties LLC for $202,500. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2002.
