Channel your inner John Belushi tonight as Mr. Beery's and Planned Parenthood team up to host a good old fashioned toga party '” we'll let you start the chant.

For something a little more '¦ contemporary, there's Neon Circus '” a three-day event featuring more than 25 live DJs as well as live graffiti artists and circus performers. Grab some glow sticks and dust off your hula-hoop '” the kickoff party starts at 9 p.m. tonight at Evie's on Ringling and the festivities make their way to the Gulf Gate area on Saturday.

In more of a shirt-and-tie mood? The Sarasota Young Professionals Group celebrates its 10-year anniversary with a free downtown block party starting at 7 p.m. Saturday.

And, for all the athletes in town, SoCo Sports is hosting its 2013 Summer Champs Party from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Tarpon Pointe Bar and Grill. Free beer for champs and $10 buys everyone else an all-you-can-drink wristband.
