Country Club Village home sells for $1.55M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 17 and March 21.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Manfred and Brigitte Wilke sold their home at 7020 Lacantera Circle to Jeffrey and Beth Edwards, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.55 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 4,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.74 million in 2007.

Edgewater Village
John and Ann Holderman, of Gig Harbor, Wash., sold their home at 6630 Windjammer Place to GuanBin Zhong and Qilin Zhong, of Lakewood Ranch, for $693,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,132 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Guy Selph and Lynda Sikora, of Hammonton, N.J., sold their home at 6930 Brier Creek Court to Peter and Nancy Cicero, of Presto, Pa., for $630,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2009.

Bank of America sold the home at 6805 Turnberry Isle Court to Todd Eichelberger, of Bedford, Pa., for $485,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,885 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $921,000 in 2008.

Jeramie Snelling and Nicole Samson Snelling sold their home at 6519 The Masters Ave. to Larry and Nancy Futch, of Lakewood Ranch, for $418,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2012.

Daniel and Jennifer Brigham, of St. Marys Point, Minn., sold their home at 12219 Thornhill Court to Rafael Sanchez, of Lakewood Ranch, for $398,500. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,853 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2012.

John and Janice Shanahan, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7811 Heritage Classic Court to William Newell, of Lakewood Ranch, for $315,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2010.

Alfred Lizzio, of Sarasota, sold his home at 8215 Regents Court to Steven and Jean Tuttle, of Collierville, Tenn., for $605,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,202 square feet of living area.
