Three-bedroom Sleepy Lagoon home sells for $3.25 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 17 and March 21.

A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Pamela Lipkin, of New York City, sold her home at 6221 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Sarah Karon, of Longboat Key, for $3.25 million. Built in 1946, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,189 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2010.

Bay Isles
Medoc LLC sold the home at 3461 Bayou Sound to KDL Investments LLC for $1,785,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 2,893 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2004.

Sanctuary IV at Longboat Key Club
Melvin Rhinelander sold the Unit A802 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Douglas and Wilma Eden, of Edina, Minn., for $1.61 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 1990.

Grand Bay
James and Debbie Rand, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 381 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Geraldine George, trustee, of Copley, Ohio, for $1.45 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.06 million in 2011.

Sea Gate Club
James and Geraldine George, of Akron, Ohio, sold their Unit 15B condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Wendy Anderson, of Ontario, Canada, for $785,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $662,500 in 2003.

Longbeach
Charles Gerber, trustee, of Okatie, S.C., sold the Unit 21 condominium at 7095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel and Antonia Pavlovich, of Lake Mary, for $560,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1986.

Sea Twig
Dennis Bayard and Dorothy Bayard, trustees, of Hubertus, Wis., sold the Unit 202 condominium at 5645 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Janice Helms, of Paupack, Pa., for $550,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,346 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2000.

Sutton Place
Katherine Taylor, of Poway, Calif., and Marguerite Bozarth, of Augusta, Mich., sold their Unit T-21 condominium at 555 Sutton Place to Nikesh and Kinsey Patel, of Longboat Key, for $262,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $60,000 in 1979.

Longboat Harbour
John and Mary Bock, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 305 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Jonathan Wilkins, of Plainfield, Ill., for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1996.
