A home in Red Rock Terrace tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anne Klisurich, trustee, sold the home at 3953 Red Rock Way to Leslie O’Connor, of Sarasota, for $1,425,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,908 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,625,000 in 2007.

Karl Huber and Jill Scarpellini Huber, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1761 Irving St. to Gerald and Andrea Dovner, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,810 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $555,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 124 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to James and Patricia Knott, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $511,000 in 2003.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 904 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Mary Palmer, of Sarasota, for $480,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $424,000 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 410 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Rita Sinaiko, of Sarasota, for $403,400. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $427,500 in 2001.

Annemarie Lannigan, trustee, of Saunderstown, R.I., sold the home at 627 Madison Court to Parlane Reid and Carol Butera, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2004.

Harold and Anne Moore, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1865 Datura St. to William and Rose Bowles, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1947, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,683 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $53,500 in 1979.
