Country Club Village home sells for $1.03M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 24 and March 28.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.

Patrick and Kristi Loop, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6914 Belmont Court to Douglas and Carolyn Anderson, of Bradenton, for $1,032,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,972 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2007.

John and Lydia Kolbas, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7339 Greystone St. to Gordon Fitzsimmons, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $925,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,304 square feet of living area.

David G. Beaton Investments Ltd. sold the home at 7014 Dominion Lane to Patricia Levitan, of Lakewood Ranch, for $900,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2007.

Paul and Cindy Caputo, trustees, of Naperville, Ill., sold the home at 7010 Belmont Court to Walter and Margaret Nizinski, of Lakewood Ranch, for $900,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 3,973 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,300 in 2011.

Michael and Sandra Humenik sold their home at 7218 Ashland Glen to James and Martha O’Donnell, of Clayton, N.Y., for $885,200. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,515 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2011.

Gregory and Christina Mellors sold their home at 7909 Royal Queensland Way to Jason and Lisa Albano, of Bradenton, for $595,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,833 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 2007.

Greenbrook Village
Patrick and Holly Wright, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6635 Coopers Hawk Court to Robert and Carolyn Talbot, of Lakewood Ranch, for $545,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,800 in 2004.

Marc and Amy Goodman sold their home at 6403 Royal Tern Circle to Mark and Kathy Staddler, of Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,400 in 2004.

Peter and Sandy Gatti, of Riverview, sold their home at 8123 Quail Greens Terrace to Meredith and Stephen Miller, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2011.
