Water Club condominium sells for $2.15 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 24 and March 28.

A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.

Michael and Elizabeth Roth, of Cloud, Minn., sold their Unit PH04 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William Rammes and Mary Rammes, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $2.15 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,879,000 in 2011.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
545628 Alberta Ltd. sold the Unit D-606 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Patsy McCarver, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $705,000 in 1993.

Corey’s Landing
Robert and Leslie Farrington, of New Port Richey, sold their home at 3496 Mistletoe Lane to Steven and Mary Wiltse, of Longboat Key, for $1.75 million. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,429 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2000.

Grand Bay
Helen Van Der, of Holland, Mich., sold her Unit 325 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Irving Lichtman and Doreen Lichtman, trustees, for $798,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area.

Privateer South
Tracey Davis, trustee, sold the Unit 506 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Shashi Daga and Ritu Daga, of Athens, Pa., for $690,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,500 in 1997.

Claire Samuels and Joanne Kalenscher, of Massapequa Park, N.Y., sold their Unit 1003 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Albert and Joyce Dombrowski, of Longboat Key, for $500,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1992.

Portobello
Catherine Eddy, of Alberta, Canada, sold her Unit B605 condominium at 3240 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Klaus Althammer, of Spartanburg, S.C., for $408,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,800 in 1995.

Windward Bay
Kamal and Patricia Sarbadhikari, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit PH-6 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judith Genova, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $400,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1998.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Dennis and Kimberly Stoudt, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 129 condominium at 583 Spanish Drive S. to Lester Brassington Jr. and Penny Klein, of Longboat Key, for $300,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2007.
Paul Shields, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 79 condominium at 890 Spanish Drive S. to Richard and Kathleen Tait, of Oviedo, for $225,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,405 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $91,500 in 1985.

Longboat Beachcomber
Robert and Susan Ellis, of Kansas City, Mo., sold their Unit 303 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sergey Poskotin and Svetlana Bichurina, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $225,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2004.

BIRD KEY
Henry and Susan Terbrueggen sold their home at 440 Pheasant Drive to Thomas Bijou, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,800 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,000 in 2008.

CitiMortgage Inc. sold the home at 209 Bird Key Drive to Mark and Lori Dickert, of Sarasota, for $585,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,987 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1999.

ST. ARMANDS
St. Armands Towers
Selma and Benjamin Sedlezky, trustees, sold the Unit 82 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard and Margaret Maier, of Haddonfield, N.J., for $510,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1981.

LIDO KEY
Lido Surf and Sand
Bernabe Somoza, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 605 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jesus and Margiet Perez, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1976, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2013.
