The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 24 and March 28.

A condominium in The Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. KLD 1601 LLC sold the Unit 1601 condominium at 1111 Ritz-Carlton Drive to Stephen Griggs and Alison Toop, of North

Hamptonshire, United Kingdom, for $3.25 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 4,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2012.

Also selling for $3.25 million was the Unit 1804 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive. The seller was Alan Jay Automotive Management Inc., and the buyer was Results Inc. Built in 2003, the unit has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath and 4,704 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.45 million in 2004.

Aqualane Estates
Andrew and Catherine McDonnell, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1640 Stanford Lane to Laura Knowles-Cutler, of Kent, England, for $1,425,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2009.

Bay Plaza
Simon and Susan Oliver, of Osprey, sold their Unit 404 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to John Forster and Marlene Forster, trustees, of Sarasota, for $895,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2013.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1001 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Ina Levy, of Sarasota, for $715,500. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $661,000 in 2001.

Midwood Manor
Curran and Pamela Smith, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1764 Floyd St. to Daniel Brudzynski and Carol Church Brudzynski, of Sarasota, for $692,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,339 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,900 in 2003.

There is a second building on the property, which was built in 1929. It has one bedroom, one bath and 338 square feet of living area.

Renaissance
Timothy McDonald and Suzanne Wernicke, co-guardians, sold the Unit PH-03 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Harris Properties of Sarasota Inc. for $625,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2006.

South Highland
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 1801 Worrington St. to Andrew Martineau, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2012.

Poinsettia Park
Daniel Brudzynski and Carole Church-Brudzynski, of Novi, Mich., sold their home at 1908 Rose St. to Patricia Adams, trustee, of Elmhurst, Ill., for $470,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2011.

W.O. Marbles
Lou Ann Powell, of Sarasota, sold multiple properties at 521 Ohio Place, 523 Ohio Place and 527 Ohio Place to Sarasota Trio LLC for $458,000. The property at 523 Ohio Place was built in 1950; it has two bedrooms, one bath and 625 square feet of living area. The property at 523 Ohio Place was built in 1925; it has three baths, two bedrooms and 964 square feet of living area. The property at 527 Ohio Place was built in 1956 and has two bedrooms, one bath and 925 square feet of living area. The properties at 521 and 523 Ohio Place previously sold for $49,000 in 1991, and 527 Ohio Place previously sold for $45,000 in 1992.

Embassy House
Anna Dawson, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 702 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Thomas and Tana Gruss, of Sarasota, for $451,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1999.

Bayview Homes
Ellen Cooper and Barbara Lawrence, trustees, and Sheila Kartoz, of Princeton, N.J., sold the Unit 203 condominium at 5408 Eagles Point Circle to Lee and Linda Morgenlander, of Sarasota, for $434,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2005.

Paul and Gloria Hester, of Barrington, Ill., sold their Unit 906 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Anthony and Judith Purslow, of Hampshire, United Kingdom, for $366,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2011.

Laura Weber, of Floyd, Ga., sold her Unit 221 condominium at 1621 Boathouse Circle to Hyman and Miriam Goldberg, of Cambridge, Mass., for $255,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2011.

Corey and Jessica Perlman and Jaime Jackson Perlman, of Roswell, Ga., sold their home at 593 45th St. to Michael and Theresa-Farina Meiser, of Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet of living area.

La Linda Terrace
Johnette and Rodney Digruttolo sold their home at 2188 Hillview St. to Julie Chambers, of Sarasota, for $231,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $14,700 in 2003. There is a second building on the property, which was built in 1947. It has one bedroom, one bath and 640 square feet of living area.

Dan and Elsie Gingerich sold their home at 1022 Beneva Road to Graber Improvements LLC for $229,000. Built in 1954, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,002 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $183,000 in 2006.

Charles and Betty Miller, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2111 Pine Terrace to Nicole Rose, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $37,000 in 1993.

Carole Apa, of The Villages, sold her Unit 722 condominium at 850 S. Tamiami Trail to Larry Lutz, of San Francisco, for $200,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,500 in 2002.

Jeffrey Russell, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit 463 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Deborah Smith and Robert and Lindsey Dye, of Cincinnati, for $700,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 1996.

Sarasota Beach
Keith Fillion and Garth Curry sold their home at 36 Island Circle to Stephen Daniels, of Groveland, Mass., for $660,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1992.
Karen Pettit, trustee, sold the home at 619 Avenida Del Norte to Mark Felsmann, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,452 square feet of living area.

Gulf and Bay Club
Charles and Mary O’Reilly, of Greene, Mo., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Reginal and Eileen Herman, of Brimsmade, N.D., for $610,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1997.

Siesta Manor
Alan and Sharon Smally, of Glastonbury, Conn., sold their home at 353 Avenida Lenoa to Antony and Jacqueline Fenn, of Medford, Mass., for $555,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,730 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2008.

Tortuga Beach
Robert Stiles and Dennis Humbarger, trustees, of Asheville, N.C., sold the Unit 403 condominium at 8710 Midnight Pass Road to Kay Cooper, trustee, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,000 in 1994.

Peppertree Bay
Duward Bean, trustee, of St. Louis, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 1125 W. Peppertree Drive to Anthony and Ann Colledge, of Ontario, Canada, for $485,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2005.

Jean Saponaro, trustee, of Mentor, Ohio, sold the Unit 603-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to Pavan and Tracy Mediratta, of Bellbrook, Ohio, for $439,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,900 in 1992.

Arthur Vanhouten and Beverly Vanhouten, trustees, of Frankfort, Ky., sold the Unit 310 condominium at 711 Beach Road to Richard and Janice Brubaker, of Warren, Ind., for $340,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 637 square feet of living area.

Mary Mattie, trustee, of Wallingford, Conn., sold the Unit 303-B condominium at 8735 Midnight Pass Road to Peter and Brenda Russo, of Barnegat Light, N.J., for $335,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,500 in 1990.

Gregory Young, of Northville, Mich., sold his Unit 42 condominium at 1257 S. Portofino Drive to William and Bettye Bartholomay, of Cockeysville, Md., for $321,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2009.

Elbert Griffith, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 401 condominium at 1250 N. Portofino Drive to James and Mary Kane, of Allison Park, Pa., for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,500 in 1999.

Steven and Jean Gallo, of Deer Park, Ill., sold their Unit 316 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Deist Property Management LLC for $310,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,000 in 2002.

Beneva Oaks

E. Ralph and E.M. Ana Tirbassi, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3744 Beneva Oaks Blvd. to Kellie Stang-Miller, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,142 square feet of living area. There’s a second building on the property that was built in 1988. Richard and Patricia Knittel, trustees, sold the home at 7657 Bergamo Ave. to Smilja and Vesna Bozio, of St. Albans, Vt., for $279,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,000 in 2004.

Elaine Rutter, trustee, sold the home at 3955 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Terri Goodman and Donald Grimes and Lisa and Paul Cover, of Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1995.

Alexander and Patricia Krulikowski, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 5222 Parisienne Place to Thomas and Phyllis Olejniczak, of W. Seneca, N.Y., for $337,000. Susanne Losso, of Osprey; Nancy Bachman, of Neptune City, N.J.; Patricia Berkowitz, of Middletown, N.J.; and Joanne Rogers, of Scottsdale, Ariz., sold their home at 126 Windward Drive to Howard Yeaton and Christa Lance, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., for $320,000. Ruth Joelson, trustee, sold the home at 2501 Bayshore Road to Wendy Cox, trustee, of Osprey, for $800,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $43,500 in 1972.
