Country Club Village home sells for $1.85M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 31 and April 4.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. SunTrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 7224 Teal Creek Glen to Christopher and Kassandra Hugill, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 5,837 square feet of living area.

Lake Club
Todd Johnston Homes Inc. sold the home at 16022 Topsail Terrace to Constance Bertuca, trustee, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., for $1,154,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,240 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Daniel Wolfe and Julie Wolfe sold their home at 6909 Pine Valley St. to Craig Van Nortwick and Angela Rodocker-Van Nortwick, of Bradenton, for $790,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,208 square feet of living area.

Nicole Hedrick and Ryan Hedrick, trustees, sold the home at 9410 Boxthorn Place to Anthony and Leslie Swart, of Bradenton, fro $560,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,865 square feet of living area.

Ramon and Nadine Jadra sold their home at 9308 Firethorn Place to Barbara Fox, of Bradenton, for $520,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,009 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2004.

Samuel and Erika Quartermaine, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7042 Twin Hills Terrace to Mark and Christine Beliveau, of Lakewood Ranch, for $608,800. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,371 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2006.

Betty Kabara, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7232 Presidio Glen to Robert and Sharon Gialanella, of Lakewood Ranch, for $365,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,149 square feet of living area.
