Country Club Village home sells for $880,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 14 and April 18.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joseph and Marlene Scarpo, of Irwin, Pa., sold their home at 13710 Matanzas Place to Linda and William Hagy, of Lakewood Ranch, for $880,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,974 square feet of living area.

Regents Park
Stephen and Barbara Wolfson, of Cincinnati, sold their home at 8141 Regents Court to Harold and Carolyn Neff, of University Park, for $695,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2003.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Sharon Fisher, trustee, of New Castle, Ind., sold the home at 9908 Portside Terrace to William and Dorothy Quigley, of Groton, Mass., for $575,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2007.

Heritage Harbour
Michelle Carroll, of Ontario, Canada, sold her home at 7412 Heritage Grand Place to John Iacobelli, trustee, of Strongsville, Ohio, for $500,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2011.

Dae Choi, Youn Choi and John Choi, of Hoschton, Ga., sold their home at 108 River Enclave Court to Jean Burrows, of Bradenton, for $255,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 2007.

Piney River
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 8450 Linger Lodge Road to Norman and Susan Foster, of Bradenton, for $442,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2011.

Mill Creek
Capital Bank sold the home at 15415 21st Ave. E. to Glenn and Susan Zapatha, of Bradenton, for $399,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,808 square feet of living area.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Diane McFarland, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6132 Palomino Circle to Richard Cervantes and Gayle Saunders, of Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2008.

Anthony and Anne Limon, of University Park, sold their home at 13116 Torresina Terrace to 9154-5152 Quebec Inc. for $325,000. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $246,000 in 2012.

Provident National Property Group LLC sold the home at 4729 Silvermoss Drive to Steven and Jerri Silver, of Sarasota, for $325,500. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,241 square feet of living area.

Amy Pedler, of Bradenton, sold her home at 11418 Hawick Place to William and Margaret Wopperer, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $315,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,591 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2008.

James and Laura Cole, of Bradenton, sold their home at 15619 Butterfish Place to Beazer Pre-Owned Homes II LLC for $315,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,500 in 2012.

Janet Kilby, trustee, sold the home at 6547 Blue Grosbeak Circle to Lisa Hales, of Lakewood Ranch, for $280,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2007.
