The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 14 and April 18.

A condominium in La Firenza tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven and Caryn Silver and Robert and Veronica Kaslander sold their Unit S-201 condominium at 4125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter Jacullo III, trustee, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $2.1 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,216,600 in 2007.

Country Club Shores
KDL Investments LLC sold the home at 597 Cutter Lane to Thomas and Cheryl Mueller, of Paupack, Pa., for $1 million. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2011.

Grand Bay
Anthony and Catherine Buckingham, of Kent, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 165 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Geoffrey Thompson and Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson, of Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y., for $915,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $925,000 in 2013.

Sea Gate Club
Pearlie Rabin, trustee, of Plattsburgh, N.Y., sold the Unit 14-B condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ana Tenreiro, of Clark, N.J., for $608,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,800 in 1984.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Joan Kelly, of Minneapolis, sold her Unit 1401 condominium at 2185 Harbourside Drive to Jean Aime and Lisa Buttenheim, of Longboat Key, for $495,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Stephen and Teresa Dix sold their Unit F-1 condominium at 843 Bayport Way to Ravi and Shirley Venkataraman, of Cookeville, Tenn., for $325,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000
in 1988.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Carl Jamison and Priscila Jamison, of Downers Grove, Ill., sold their Unit V-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gary and Nancy D’Alonzo, of Lutz, for $312,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2010.

Windward Bay
Pauline Ney, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lance and DeEva Copperman, of Longboat Key, for $242,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2013.

ST. ARMANDS
Sarasota Harbour East

Jerry and Charlotte Richaeson, of Benton, Ky., sold their Unit 21 condominium at 769 John Ringling Blvd. to Angelo Bettera, trustee, of Niantic, Conn., for $295,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 938 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2001.
