Country Club Village home sells for $955,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 21 and July 25.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Hansford and Versa Williams, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7954 Royal Birkdale Circle to Neil and Phyllis Friedland, of Bradenton, for $955,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,892 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Cadence Bank sold the home at 6605 189th St. E. to John Maben, of Bradenton, for $810,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2005.

Randall and Kathy Coe sold their home at 21308 69th Ave. E. to Chad Willard and Sarah Danis, of Bradenton, for $595,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2010.

Tidewater Preserve
WCI Communities LLC sold the home at 5105 Lake Overlook Ave. to Richard and Alicia Godfrey, of Bradenton, for $446,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,791 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Christopher Walker, trustee, of McLean, Va., sold the home at 9816 Sweetwater Ave. to Donald and Alice Hinman, of Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,697 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2013.

Heritage Harbour
Gerald Labelle and Kathryn Mulcahy, of Bradenton, sold their home at 509 River Crane St. to Karin Frye, of Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $464,400 in 2007.

Francis and Karen Obringer, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8101 River Preserve Drive to Vivian Spinoso, trustee, of Sycamore, Ill., for $365,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,301 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2011.

Robert and Donna Collins, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4829 88th St. E. to Donald Kruse, of Bradenton, for $422,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,271 square feet of living area.

Nigel and Linda Radley, of Essex, United Kingdom, sold their home at 12055 Aster Ave. to William and Elizabeth Hodges, of Bradenton, for $383,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,113 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $457,900 in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 12555 Natureview Circle to Kenneth Baldwin, of Bradenton, for $327,700. Built in 2005, it has six bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,794 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $378,000 in 2005.

Robert and Emily Stroud, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8103 Planters Knoll Terrace to Joseph Peixoto and Christine Peixoto, of University Park, for $382,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,437 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,200 in 2004.

Brent and Kelly Cohenour, of Bradenton, sold their home at 337 Bow Lane to Susan Conner, of Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,000 in 2012.
