L'Ambiance condominium sells for $2.8 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 21 and July 25.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles and Heloisa Jennings, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit M-908 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Thomas Sweet, of Lutz, for $2.8 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,191,100 in 1994.

The Promenade
Stephen and Roselyn Aaronson sold their Unit 312 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Norton and Patricia Baron, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.3 million. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2004.

Queens Harbour
Milton Soskin, trustee, of Blue Bell, Pa., sold the home at 3548 Fair Oaks Lane to Joakim Norberg and Camilla Hildebrand, of Longboat Key, for $1.15 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,449,000 in 2000.

Grand Bay
Andrew Radziwon, Stephen Radziwon and Michelle Barbera sold their Unit 244 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Dunham Family Ltd. Partnership LP for $1.14 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Craig Huss, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6560 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John McMahon and Lisa Vincente-McMahon, of Fort Collins, Colo., for $585,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,988 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2013.

Islander Club of Longboat
Ronnie and Brenda Carter and Ainsley Carter, of Monroe, Ga., sold their Unit 33-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Diane Dallacqua, of Rochester Hills, Mich., for $538,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $512,500 in 2011.

Harbour Oaks
Peter and Martha Small sold their home at 2337 Harbour Oaks Drive to Harry and Mariangela Lazear, of Longboat Key, for $505,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,535 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 2006.

Longboat Beach House
David Meister, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 4311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Julie Decker, trustee, of Chicago, for $500,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2010.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
James and Sonja Hildrew, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 605 condominium at 605 Bayport Way to William and Mary Howes, trustees, of Flat Rock, N.C., for $410,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2012.

Seaplace
Ann Belmonte, of Elmhurst, Ill., sold her Unit G6-305-G condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Mindy Shapiro, of East Brunswick, N.J., for $400,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2000.
Edith Faldner, trustee, of Chicago, sold the Unit G3-209-A condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Dennis, of Winter Park, for $295,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $126,000 in 1996.

Banyan Bay Club
Commercial Union Trust sold the Unit 308 condominium at 5265 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rafael Guzman and Terry Kirkpatrick Guzman, of Longboat Key, for $395,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1992.

Longboat Harbour
Matthew and Diane DellaPeruta, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 307 condominium at 4310 Falmouth Drive to Frank and Carmela Paciullo, of Longboat Key, for $349,900. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,000 in 2005.
Grace Ryan, trustee, sold the Unit 108 condominium at 4390 Exeter Drive to John and Marie King, of Avon, Conn., for $255,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1985.

Windward Bay
James Lamancusa, of Grand Rapids, Mich., sold his Unit 305 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Zoller, of Longboat Key, for $285,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,400 in 2013.

Lido Key
Larry Lieberman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 436 Bowdoin Circle to Christopher Banner, of Kathrine Huelster, of Longboat Key, for $1,925,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 1996.

The Beach Residences
John Knutsen, of New York City, sold his Unit 301 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ralph and Deborah Bradshaw, of Asheville, N.C., for $1.45 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,019 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,395,000 in 2005.

John Ringling Estates
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold two properties at 39 S. Polk Drive to Glenn and Cheryl Hoge, of Zionsville, Ind., for $1.05 million. The first, built in 1951, has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,202 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1951, has one bedroom, one bath and 682 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,274,100 in 2013.
