The following properties are the highest price listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as of Aug. 1, on Longboat, Lido/St. Armands, Bird, Siesta and Casey keys and mainland Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch.

1. Longboat Key

After three years of construction, the 2.57-acre Ohana estate was listed in December for $22 million — a record for the Sarasota area.
