Real Barbell Grand Opening Bash — takes place at noon at 4728 Tamiami Trail. Come party at the grand-opening event for Real Barbell. Participate in men's and women's bench press and deadlift events, if you choose.
Daisy Dukes Band — takes place at 9 p.m. at White Buffalo. Come dance to the most popular country and line-dancing songs, played by the Daisy Dukes Band.
Sunday, Aug. 10
Sunday Service — takes place at 5 p.m. at Ivory Lounge. Cure what ails you at this regular Sunday event. Nurse your weekend wounds with a small food menu and live DJs.
Full Moon Yoga — takes place at 8 p.m. on North Lido Beach. Bring a towel and some water and enjoy the moonlit beach with fellow yogis. Donations encouraged.
