The Beach Residences condo sells for $2.7 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 28 and Aug. 1.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marie Fazzary, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 904 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Christopher and Jane Tutoki, of New York City, for $2.7 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.32 million in 2005.

The Beaches of Longboat Key South
Coleen Flad, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 607 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Linda Brennan, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.15 million. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2006.

Islands West
James and Deborah Beuche, of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold their Unit 11-D condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ira and Denise Federer, of Longboat Key, for $950,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2004.

Grand Bay
Thomas and Carrie Rosenthal, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 124 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to John Gloriod, trustee, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $800,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 1994.

Country Club Shores
Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 512 Yawl Lane to Erzsebet Delia, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $577,500. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,473 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2004.

Seaplace
Kathleen Folken, of Newberry, sold the Unit M2-409A condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Molly Wilson, trustee, of Framingham, Mass., for $563,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1988.

The Privateer North
David and Beatrice Erickson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 802 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to George Reenstra, of Longboat Key, for $537,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1993.

Fairway Bay
Richard and Carol Elliott sold their Unit 1303 condominium at 1926 Harbourside Drive to Kathy Krohn, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $357,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $307,000 in 2002.

Vera Redmond, of Rosemont, Pa., sold her Unit 124 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to James and Erin McWhorter, of Sarasota, for $305,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1994.

Longboat Harbour
Harold Henrikson, trustee, of South Elgin, Ill., sold the Unit 301 condominium at 4320 Falmouth Drive to Richard and Rena Ricciardi, of Revere, Mass., for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2009.

LIDO KEY
Thomas and Cheryl Conklin sold their home at 1332 Westway Drive to Roberto and Clare Arguedas, of Sarasota, for $1,075,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,419 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 1988.

John Ringling Estates
Theodore Lehr and Stephen Lehr, trustees, sold the home at 435 S. Polk Drive to Bernard and Judith Havard, of Somers Point, N.J., for $850,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,698 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1990.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach
John Maynard sold his Unit B-308 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Eve Biller, trustee, of Deerfield, Ill., for $750,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1996.

Bird Key
Deborah Kalb, of Sarasota, sold her home at 113 Seagull Lane to David and Monica Verinder, of Sarasota, for $790,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1994.
