Country Club Village home sells for $771,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 4 and Aug. 8.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alan Forrester and Mary Lewis, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6915 Brier Creek Court to Glenn Cleveland, of Lakewood Ranch, for $771,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,441 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Thomas and Heidi Pearce, of Andover, Mass., sold their home at 14618 Sundial Place to Brian and Vera Derr, of Bradenton, for $664,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,900 in 2010.

Moorings at Edgewater
Jose and Escolastica Correia, of North Dartmouth, Mass., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 6507 Moorings Point Circle to Barry Lipstiz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $625,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $424,000 in 2012.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Jeffrey Hemphill, of Sarasota, sold his home at 12302 Thornhill Court to Steven Quick and Beth Quick, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $575,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,564 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Susan Bull, of Winter Park, sold their home at 12339 Thornhill Court to Marilyn Binkley, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $385,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in May.

Wilmington Trust, trustee, sold the home at 7320 Lake Forest Glen to Lisa Krouse, of Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $707,700 in 2006.

Peter and Naomi Plant, of Dublin, sold their home at 8111 Santa Rosa Court to Donnie Williams, of Spotsylvania, Va., for $485,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $664,800 in 2007.
