Four-bedroom Bird Key home sells for $2,355,500

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 4 and Aug. 8.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sydney Bellinger, Leslie Becker and Robert Hirsch II, co-personal representatives, of Rye, N.Y., sold the home at 356 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to Fredrick and Janet Leonberger, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2,355,500. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,353 square feet of living area.

Also on Bird Key, Peter and Cathy Winski, of Sarasota, sold their home at 465 Partridge Circle to Wesley and Alexandria Campbell, of Marietta, Ga., for $780,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $501,000 in 2010.

Fairway Bay
Leonard and Roslyn Mazur, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 513 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Louis and Laura Glazer, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $800,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2003.

Country Club Shores
Catherine Kreston, of Dallas, sold the home at 521 Wedge Lane to Drew and Shannon Link, of Longboat Key, for $770,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,677 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2000.

The Beaches of Longboat Key
Loraine Brickman, trustee, sold the Unit 101 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Gilbert and Susanna Harrell, of Longboat Key, for $620,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $663,000 in 2010.

Coquina at Longbeach Village
Denise Sandberg and Louis Coudere Jr., trustees, of Apopka, sold the Unit 22 condominium at 7175 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Milton and Catalina Hendrickson, of Longboat Key, for $490,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1980.

The Shore
Patricia Jennings, trustee, sold the Unit 213 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Linda Wilmeth, of Longboat Key, for $410,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1991.

Longboat Harbour
Jeffrey and Vivian Haynes, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 207 condominium at 4400 Exeter Drive to Gladys Stoll, trustee, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2008.
