Edgewater Village home tops sales at $750,000

A home in Edgewater Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Louis and Janice DiLorenzo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6634 Windjammer Place to Fusheng Jiang and Yanling Zhang, of Bradenton, for $750,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,855 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Gary Morris, trustee, and Brenda Morris, of Bradenton, sold the home at 14612 Secret Harbor Place to Jules and Magda Shteierman, of Lakewood Ranch, for $729,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,600 square feet of living area.

The Moorings at Edgewater
Daniel and Carol Shea sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6507 Moorings Point Circle to Donald and Jeanne Leonard, of Bradenton, for $619,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $708,000 in 2004.

Greenbrook Village
Jeremy and Heather Harris, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 14729 Bowfin Terrace to Matthew and Laureen Vassallo, of Parrish, for $562,500. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,269 square feet of living area.

Nigel and Lynette Clements, of La Vergne, Tenn., sold their home at 14216 Gnatcatcher Terrace to Patricia Isenberg, of Lakewood Ranch, for $225,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2004.
