Lake Club home sells for $1.62 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 17 and Nov. 21.

A home in Lake Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Lisa Fiorini, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 16315 Clearlake Ave. to Ian Howard, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.62 million. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,375,000 in 2012.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Doris Brown, of Bradenton, sold her home at 7331 Greystone St. to Barry and Sandra Gertz, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,425,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,667,000 in 2008.

Rodney Williams, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his home at 13218 Lost Key Place to David Weza and David Leier, of Eugene, Ore., for $1,207,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,852 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $917,000 in 2009.

Brian and Ailish Murphy, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6915 Westchester Circle to Christopher and Maureen Young, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2010.

Gary and Joan Ales, of Davenport, Iowa, sold their home at 12054 Thornhill Court to Dave and Jane Pomeroy, of Nashville, Tenn., for $425,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,038 square feet of living area.

Jonathan and Abigail Collins sold their home at 7318 Wexford Court to Edward and Bonnie Shaklik, of Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2013.

Gerard and Michele Pento, of Warren, N.J., sold their home at 16009 Clearlake Ave. to Brent and Kimberly Bucks, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.25 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,053 square feet of living area.

SP1 Inc. sold the home at 4750 Mainsail Drive to Barbara Bakus, of Bradenton, for $564,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,916 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2005.

Florence Worthington, trustee, and Norman Worthington Jr., of Sarasota, sold the home at 306 Americas Cup Blvd. to Kenneth and Patricia Nota, of Bradenton, for $493,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 1995.

Neil and Diana Farquhar, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3715 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Joseph McCann and Alice McCullough, of Bradenton, for $414,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,907 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $353,000 in 2010.
