+ LoriTech moves into new space on Beneva Road
The LoriTech computer repair shop has moved to a new location at 6869 Beneva Road. The new location is located down the street from the previous location across the street from the Gulf Gate Library that the business called home for 10 years. LoriTech specializes in computer services, repairs, software installations and antivirus software setup. The company also provides house calls and small-business calls, as well. + White Aluminum receives honor from magazine
Remodeling Magazine has recognized White Aluminum as one of the top remodelers in the nation.
Every year the magazine selects remodelers for their businesses revenue, growth and customer service.
Approximately 650,000 remodeling companies were considered for the distinction from across the country. The Florida-based White Aluminum Corp. was honored in the top 10% of companies.
With corporate headquarters in Leesburg, White Aluminum services much of central and coastal Florida with impact-resistance windows and doors, pool cages, lanai enclosures, shade structures and a variety of other home improvement products.

+ PEMCO appoints field risk manager
Progressive Employer Management Co. named Darby Brown as field risk manager Nov. 20.
PEMCO provides payroll administration, human resources, employee benefits, workers’ compensation and risk management solutions for small to mid-size businesses. The company caters to businesses all across the country.
Brown will be responsible for managing the new field risk team, an addition to PEMCO’s organizational structure and client offerings. The team will seek to improve services by providing safety guidance, reducing workplace injuries, helping classify compliance for workers’ compensation and enhancing profitability through clients’ workers’ compensation portfolios.
Previously, Brown served as the director of loss control at Normandy Harbor Insurance Co. and as the regional director of field risk management at a human resources provider.
