The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 17 and Nov. 21.

A condominium in The Phoenix tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marisol Arzeno, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 502 condominium at 136 Golden Gate Point to Susan and Jon Newsome, of Sarasota, for $1.86 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 3,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2011.

John Pellegrino, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1600 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Peter and Katherine Daley, of Summit, N.J., for $1.35 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2007.

Cherokee Park
Stephen Nackord sold his home at 1520 Harmony Lane to Alexandre and Josette Calame, of Osprey, for $800,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,000 in 1992.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1107 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Carl Foltz and Patricia Whetstone, of Sarasota, for $795,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in 2010.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 921 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to W. Robert and Judith Clay, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,052 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $813,500 in 2003.
