AIDS Walk Sarasota / Manatee — takes place at 8 a.m. at J.D. Hamel Park and goes over the John Ringling Bridge. Walk raises AIDS awareness and funds for Trinity Charities.

Nik Wallenda Sarasota Ford High Wire Walk — takes place at 5 p.m. at Sarasota Ford. Celebrate Sarasota Ford's grand re-opening with the King of the High Wire as he walks a tightrope 100 feet above the ground. Walk takes place at 5 p.m.
Holiday Villains Art Show — takes place at 6 p.m. at Mr. Beery's. In this fourth installment of Mr. Beery's' art shows, local artists will display holiday villain-themed artwork.
